Shipping policy

 

We aim to keep the cost of shipping your order as low as possible. We use Australia Post to ship and track your order.

We offer free, Australia wide, shipping for orders over $180. For all other local orders, a flat rate of $10 applies.

 International Parcels

We use Australia Post international pack and track to ship your order. For most destinations delivery will be within 5-7 business days from the date your package is sent. You'll be provided with a tracking number to check the status of your order as it makes it way to you.

Please note some countries will charge you a customs fee. You may have a limit to what you can import before you are charged any duties, please check with your customs office before ordering so there are no surprises. If your country's customs holds your order they should notify you directly. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 2 weeks, please check your tracking and contact your local post office for assistance. 

Packaging
We aim to minimise the impact of our products on the environment, and so the packaging we use to keep your order secure and in pristine condition has been carefully considered. The satchels, corn peanuts, boxes and tissue we use are home compostable and biodegradable; and our swing tickets and care cards are printed on 100% recycled card. The corn peanuts can also be safely dissolved in water in your home sink.
